The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods, for "lightly used" condition the warranty period is 12 months, for "heavily used" condition the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The dispenser is suitable for dry pet food and kibbles up to 12mm. The dispenser is easy to wash and has a removable food storage container. A backup power supply of 5 AAA batteries (not included) ensures reliable operation even in the event of a power failure.

Capacity 3l, quality design

The spacious container of the Petkit Fresh Element Solo dispenser can hold 3 liters of kibbles at a time. With standard portions of 50 g, the container can hold up to 10 doses, providing your pet with enough food for 3-5 days. The container can easily accommodate different types of kibbles with a maximum size of 12 mm. Feeding times and portion sizes can be easily scheduled using the mobile app. The Petkit Fresh Element Solo Dispenser has a locking system that keeps food fresh. The feed container is made of premium ABS plastic and is removable and easy to wash; the bowl is made of stainless steel. 

Backup batteries ensure reliable operation

The 5x AAA battery backup of the Pekit Fresh Element Solo dispenser is located in the dispenser base and works reliably even in the event of a power failure. Smartphone control 

The Petkit Fresh Element Solo dispenser is Wi-Fi integrated and can be conveniently controlled via the mobile app, which is available for both iOS and Android. With the app, planning feeding is very easy. You can schedule multiple feeding times with different sizes of individual portions. You can also press the feed button at any time and manually dispense one portion of a preset size.
