Deductions applied upon return:

Damaged/missing original packaging:	15% of the product price (from day 15 to day 30)
Scratched or damaged transmitter / receiver:	20% of the product price
Product accessories (missing, damaged, shortened collar...):	value of the specific item

Recommendation: When testing the collar during the 30-day period, we highly recommend protecting the device against damage and scratches (e.g., wrapping the receiver in plastic wrap...).
