Complaints

Although the complaint rate is low, it's nice to know that we offer the same warranty as a retail store. We resolve complaints as quickly as possible to your satisfaction. The warranty period begins the day we receive the product (from the courier, at the post office, at the store). The warranty period is 24 months (36 months for some manufacturers).

Please contact us by email at info@reedog.eu. In some cases, we will resolve the fault by phone or email to avoid unnecessary forwarding of parcels which delays the matter.

                                                               

Complaint procedure

  • Please clean the returned item thoroughly (if you send dirty goods, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 15 €)
  • Pack the goods together with a complaint protocol and proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Always send the goods complete and with a clear description of the defect. Never send the goods by cash on delivery! If you do, it will not be accepted.
  • We will only refund the postage costs of sending the claim if the claim is accepted and the delivery note is sent within 15 days of the date of issue.
