1. Introductory Provisions The business company Reedog s.r.o., with its registered office at Sedmidomky 459/8, Prague 10 - Michle, 101 00, Company ID (IČO): 05179220, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ05179220 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), is organizing a marketing campaign titled "Autumn Shedding" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") from August 24, 2026, to September 13, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"), the purpose of which is to promote the sale of selected pet grooming assortments. The rules and conditions of the Campaign are available on the website www.reedog.eu.
As a retail seller, the Organizer supplies goods primarily to natural persons as end customers (consumers). The Organizer expressly reserves the right to cancel orders from customers who are not consumers if the quantity of ordered goods exceeds the quantity customary for the personal consumption needs of natural persons. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail, and any purchase price already paid will be refunded.
2. Definition of the Campaign Within the Campaign, the Organizer provides a discount of up to 20% on selected products from the grooming category (brushes, combs, shampoos, and grooming accessories) that are included in the Campaign and marked on the website www.reedog.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods").
The discount is applied automatically within the sale price of the selected Goods on the website, or via a discount code if stated for a specific product. The number of pieces that a Buyer may purchase can be limited. The current sale price of the Goods from which the discount is calculated may change during the Campaign. The discount on the Goods is valid for the duration of the inclusion of the given Goods in the Campaign or until stocks of the given Goods are exhausted during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may be changed during its course.
3. Order When ordering products offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the Organizer's valid terms and conditions and these Campaign conditions. Goods within the Campaign can be purchased exclusively online at www.reedog.eu.
The provision of the discount is conditional upon the proper completion of the order and the proper payment of the purchase price. Discounts provided within this Campaign cannot be combined with other discounts or other price advantages provided by the Organizer, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product or discount.
4. Final Provisions The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors caused during the transmission of electronic messages. The Organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of the Campaign and, if necessary, to terminate or cancel the Campaign prematurely.
The discount cannot be paid out in cash. A Campaign participant who returns the Goods is not entitled to any compensation except for the refund of the price actually paid for the Goods.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude customers from the Campaign who:
Fail to meet the Campaign conditions;
Act in violation of the law, good morals, or commit fraudulent behavior in connection with the Campaign;
Provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
In the event of a participant's exclusion, they have no right to compensation for costs or damages that might arise for them. These Campaign rules take effect on the day of their announcement.
