Information on the status of goods

1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in an unoriginal packaging. The goods were never used.

The warranty period is the same as for new goods.

2) The New*

The goods were used as a demonstration, at the store, or were exchanged for the customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, a maximum of a few light abrasions.

The warranty period is the same as for new goods.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5-15 days, scratches from claws are already visible on it.

The warranty period lasts 12 months.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or fingerprints of teeth. It can go through service, repair.

The warranty period lasts 6 months.

The warranty period for the "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods, for the "lightly used" condition the warranty period is 12 months, for the "much used" condition the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories, unless otherwise specified.
