Information about the condition of the goods

1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and it was therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new*

The product was used as a demo unit in a shop, or was exchanged for a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used just like new. For example, waterproofing and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

PetSafe Stay + Play electronic wireless fence is a fence from the American company PetSafe, thanks to which you don’t need to run any wires around your property. This device guarantees long-term and, above all, trouble-free operation to keep your dog safe. The invisible fence works for small as well as large dog breeds. The fence base transmits a signal up to 64 metres (32 m radius). To extend the area, you can purchase an additional base. Two types of warning: sound and static correction. The correction has adjustable strength in 5 levels. This is the strongest fence on the market, a solution where other methods fail. If you want absolute confidence that your dog will respect the restricted zone, the PetSafe electronic fence is the clear choice. The advantage is the ability to add an unlimited number of dogs by purchasing additional receivers.

Zone settings

With the PetSafe Play + Stay electronic wireless fence, you set the warning zone in 8 levels, where you can choose between LOW and HIGH level. This means that if you want to set the zone to only 10 m, you set the zone to LOW. The maximum distance the dog can move from the base is 32 metres (this is the radius). The minimum distance is approx. 5 metres.

Correction type

The PetSafe Stay + Play wireless fence has 5 levels of static correction and an audible warning. Thanks to the adjustable correction strength, it is suitable for smaller and larger breeds. It is the best wireless fence on the market, reliably keeping an eye on your dog and not allowing it to leave the defined area. The collar has a safety cut-off, meaning the correction can last a maximum of 15 seconds, after which it switches off.

Wire in the box

The PetSafe Stay + Play wireless fence, as the name suggests, does not include any wire in the package. The signal is transmitted up to 32 metres from the base in every direction.

Battery and charging

The receiver on the PetSafe Play + Stay is rechargeable. One charge takes approx. 2–3 hours. Its battery life in continuous operation is 3 weeks, however it depends on how often the collar is triggered. The collar has an LED battery status indicator. The base is mains powered. We recommend purchasing a backup power supply with a battery for operation during a power outage – because if the signal transmission from the base is interrupted, the correction will be activated.

Waterproofing

PetSafe Play + Stay features a fully waterproof receiver and is suitable for use in rain and very humid environments. The dog can jump into a pool with the receiver and swim for as long as it likes. The base is water-resistant; we recommend placing it in a dry environment. It can also be placed outdoors, but so that it is not exposed to rain.

Number of dogs

The PetSafe Stay + Play dog fence can be used for an unlimited number of dogs. By purchasing additional collars, you can easily expand it.

Collar length

The PetSafe Stay + Play fence has a very strong, high-quality nylon collar. Wearing it is not a problem for the dog and it sits well on the neck. The collar length is adjustable from 15 to 58 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The base is 24 cm wide, 24 cm high and 20 cm deep. The receiver is 6.1 cm wide, 2.7 cm high and 4.2 cm deep, and weighs 71 grams.
