1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5 - 15 days; claw scratches are already visible.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

2-in-1 system

When the base is set to fence mode, it creates a “virtual” safety perimeter for your dog. You can adjust the transmitter output power, allowing you to define the area in which you want your dog to move freely. In fence mode, when your dog wearing the collar approaches the end of the allowed zone, it is warned by audible alerts or vibrations. If it continues moving towards the prohibited zone, the collar, in addition to the audible alerts, emits electrostatic stimuli. Your dog will then naturally return to the permitted zone.

In protective zone mode, your dog must not approach the base, which represents a prohibited zone. This mode can be used, for example, to protect your vegetable patch, flower bed, or access to a gate. In this case, when the dog wearing the collar gets too close to the base, it will be alerted by a beep or vibrations. If it continues moving forward, the collar will emit stimuli to pull it away from the prohibited zone.

Once your dog understands how the product works, you can choose a non-stimulation operating mode (mode 1 on the receiver). In this case, only the warning remains active on the receiver, with no further stimulation following it.

Zone settings

The maximum distance your dog can move away from the base is up to 120 metres. The minimum distance is approx. 2 metres. To extend the zone, you can add additional bases at any time. Up to 8 bases can be coded to one receiver. The number of receivers is unlimited.

Correction type

The Num'Axes wireless fence has 8 correction levels and 1 non-stimulation mode. The fence reliably monitors your dog and will not allow it to leave the defined area, or conversely will not allow it to approach a specific area.

Wire in the box

The Num'Axes wireless fence, as the name suggests, does not include any wire in the package. The signal is transmitted from 2 to 120 metres from the base.

Battery and charging

The Num'Axes receiver is rechargeable; charging is very fast and takes about 1 hour. In operation, the receiver then lasts about 14 days. The transmitter can be powered from the mains or by 3 LR06 batteries (not included). With batteries, the transmitter lasts about 40 days (depending on frequency of use).

Water resistance

Num'Axes has only a water-resistant receiver with water protection level IP54. It is therefore suitable only for light rain and should not be submerged in water. We recommend placing the base in a dry environment.

Number of dogs

Num'Axes can be used for an unlimited number of dogs. By purchasing additional collars, you can easily expand it.

Collar length

Num'Axes has a very strong, high-quality collar made of polyurethane. Wearing it is not a problem for the dog and it holds well on the neck. The collar is 65 cm long and 2.5 cm wide.

Weight and dimensions

The base weighs 239 grams and is 12 cm wide and 4.1 cm high. The receiver without the collar weighs 59 grams, is 6.5 cm wide, 3.8 cm high and 4.1 cm deep.
