1) Unboxed

The product has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and it was therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a display item in a shop, or it was exchanged for a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The product was used for 5 - 15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The product was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may go through servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for the condition “as new” or “unboxed” is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.
