Pethey F860 cares about your pet’s health. In the app, you can also instantly see the current status (whether the dog is inside/outside the fence), event history and boundary-crossing statistics.

Warning: The fence uses a satellite GPS signal, therefore it is intended exclusively for outdoor use in open areas. Indoors or in heavily shaded places it may not work properly.

Ergonomic design and easy charging

The receiver on the collar is compact, switches on easily by pressing a button (confirmed by a beep and vibration) and features a modern USB-C charging port with a protective cover. A clear LED indicator informs you about the battery status (flashes red when discharging, lights green when fully charged). The collar strap can be easily shortened to fit your dog.

How to train successfully (recommended 14-day plan)

A wireless fence is not a physical barrier, so a short training period is key for correct operation. The package includes boundary flags (placed every 3 metres).

1. Days 1–3 (Boundary awareness): The collar is set to vibration only. You lead the dog on a lead (attached to a different, standard collar) and teach them that sound and vibration mean they must return to the safe zone. Praise them strongly for returning.

2. Days 4–6 (Introducing the pulse): The collar is switched to static pulse. The dog reinforces the reflex that crossing the flags brings an unpleasant (but safe) stimulus.

3. Days 7–9 (Distraction phase): In the safe zone, you try to lure the dog out while on the lead (throwing a ball, another dog passing by). The dog learns to resist temptation.

4. Days 10–14 (Free movement): The dog moves without the lead under your supervision. After 14 days, the training is complete!

Zone setup

With the Pethey F860 wireless GPS fence, you set your own boundaries directly in the Pet Diary mobile app via Bluetooth. You can choose between circle and polygon shapes. Setup takes 5–10 minutes, with no need for wires, a transmitter, a SIM card or a subscription. The radius of the circular fence is up to 457 metres (500 yards) and coverage is suitable for gardens, farms, campsites and large open spaces.

Correction type

The device offers progressive and custom modes with adjustable corrections: tone (1–5), vibration (1–5) and static pulse (1–5).

The Pethey F860 wireless fence works on satellite GPS positioning and does not require any wire, digging or a physical transmitter.

All area definition is done using GPS technology and the mobile app.

Battery and charging

The collar receiver is equipped with a rechargeable 800mAh battery, which charges in approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. A fully charged collar lasts up to 19 hours in operation. Modern USB-C charging with LED battery status indication is available.

Water resistance

Pethey F860 has a water-resistant receiver suitable for light rain. Do not use it in heavy rain and we do not recommend prolonged time in water or immersion.

Collar length

The collar is suitable for medium and large dog breeds (approx. 7–50 kg). The collar length is adjustable for a neck circumference of approx. 30 to 66 cm, and the strap can be easily shortened to fit.
