Reedog RS1 | Electronic training collar

The Reedog RS1 dog training collar with a range of 500 m is used for basic and professional training of medium and large breeds of dogs from 10 kg. The collar offers 3 safe training modes - sound, vibration and electrostatic pulse, which can be easily controlled using the buttons on the transmitter. By adding a receiver, the training collar can be used to control 2 dogs using one transmitter with a safety lock against accidental squeezing. The modern transmitter features a clear display with accessible buttons and multi-coloured LED lighting to alert you to the collar action. The collar is waterproof only, it can be used in light rain but must not be submerged. The collar's receiver features fast recharging and long battery life, the transmitter operates on batteries that are included.

The Reedog RS1 helps you train your dog without a leash up to 500 metres away. This collar is suitable for both amateur and professional dog training.

Type of correction 

The Reedog RS1 has the possibility to use sound, vibrations and electrostatic pulse as correction. Vibration (1-16 levels), sound (1-8 levels) and pulse strength in 99 levels. Simply adjust the collar to tailor it specifically for your dog. You can increase or decrease the correction strength at any time using the buttons on the transmitter.

Batteries and charging

The transmitter and receiver of the Reedog RS1 collar are equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 300mAh, they can be charged simultaneously for 2-3 hours. The collar has a very low power consumption, the standby mode of the receiver lasts up to 10-14 days, the transmitter up to 2 months. 

Waterproofing

The Reedog RS1 dog training collar is only water resistant with an IPX5 protection rating. It can only be used in light rain, however, prolonged stays in water and diving are not possible. This makes the collar an ideal choice for basic use, but not for dog training in water. The transmitter has the most basic water protection with IPX1 rating. 

Number of dogs 

The Reedog RS1 can be used to control multiple dogs at once without loss of functionality. By adding additional collars, you can easily expand it to train up to 2 dogs at once. You can then use the button on the transmitter to switch between dogs.

Collar length

The Reedog RS1 has a very strong and high quality collar made of nylon. The dog does not have any problem wearing it and it holds well on the neck. The length of the collar is adjustable from 15 to 60 cm, which can be freely cut as needed. 

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 6 cm wide, 15 cm high (including antenna), 2 cm deep and weighs 72 grams (including antenna and battery). The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 6 cm high, 3 cm deep and weighs 48 grams (including battery).
