The Sport Dog Trainer training collar is designed for comfort when training several dogs at the same time. Handling is simplified by the clear display of the selected dog, buttons for switching between dogs and separate buttons on the sides of the radio for each correction separately. Thanks to the electronic collar, you can train your dog without a leash up to a distance of 1200 m. The 3 correction methods allow you to select the ideal variant and thanks to the 10 pulse levels you can also set the ideal correction strength. Another advantage of this model are the pulse variants momentary = short or continuous = long. Sport Dog brands have excellent waterproof properties, thanks to the Dry Tek technology, allowing the collar to be submerged to a depth of up to 7.6 m. The clear backlit display shows the icon of the dog you are currently training, the type of correction, the battery level and the pulse level. The large and easy-to-touch buttons are just the right simplification for your training. There are buttons on the side of the transmitter for selecting corrections and separate buttons on the front for increasing and decreasing the pulse and selecting the dog. The solution will speed up switching between functions and make handling the radio easier.

Range

Sport Dog offers a device with a maximum training range of 1200 m. This is the ideal distance for training even in open terrain. For demanding training in difficult terrain or for training professional or hunting dogs, a longer range can be selected.

Correction type

This training collar not only allows you to use sound, vibration, pulse corrections, but also 10 levels of pulse strength. This allows you to tailor the settings to your dog. In addition, you can also make use of the long or momentary pulse, where the long pulse is used to alert you when your dog does not react due to an instinctive reaction.

Battery and charging

The device operates on a rechargeable Li-ion battery and for a full recharge it takes about 2 h. The collar stays in operation for 140 - 160 h and the radio has a lifetime of 50 - 70 h. The lifetime always depends on the frequency of use, choice of functions, etc.

Waterproof

Sport Dog offers users a device with a high degree of water protection thanks to its special Dry Tek technology. So you can take your furry friend to the water and he can even swim with the collar. The maximum immersion depth is 7.6 m, the figure corresponds to laboratory conditions, so in practice count on a lower limit.

Number of dogs

With the purchase of spare receivers, training can be extended for up to 3 dogs with a single transmitter.

Collar lenght

The length of the collar can be adjusted from 12.7 cm up to a maximum of 55.88 cm. The width of the strap is 1.9 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 18 cm wide, 5 cm high (including antenna), 3 cm deep and weighs 132 g. The receiver is 6.6 cm wide, 3.3 cm high, 3.1 cm deep and weighs 125 g.
