Information about the condition of the goods

1) Unpacked

The device has only been unpacked, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.

2) As new*

The goods were used as a demo unit, in-store, or were exchanged by a customer within a few days. They may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It may have been through service/refurbishment.

* We only sell 100% functional goods that can be used the same as new. For example, waterproofness and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The DOG GPS X30TB tracking and training device with acoustic locator is used to search for (locate) your dogs up to a distance of 20 km. It consists of a transmitter placed on the dog’s collar and a receiver (handheld device) on which the handler monitors the distance and direction to the dogs’ position. The transmitter obtains its position from GPS satellites and uses a radio-frequency signal (RF) to send location information to the handler’s receiver. X30TB transmitters include an acoustic locator that lets you identify the dog at a distance of up to 300 m. The X30TB transmitter may include a training module that allows you to send a stimulation impulse in 15 levels from the receiver at a distance of up to 20 km. The receiver can be connected via wireless communication to a mobile phone or tablet (running the Android operating system) and all paired devices can be displayed in the Dogtrace GPS app on a map. DOG GPS X30TB also features: a compass, FENCE (circular fence) in the form of an acoustic boundary that provides information when your dog exceeds the set distance from the receiver. Also the BEEPER (standstill detection) function, thanks to which you can easily determine whether your dog is moving or standing still, and the Waypoint function (route point), which allows you to save the receiver’s position and then navigate back to it.
