The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods; for "lightly used" condition, the warranty period is 12 months; for "heavily used" condition, the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Patpet P19 training collar with a range of up to 500 m is recommended for basic and professional training of medium and large dogs from 15 kg. The training collar can be used to control 2 dogs with one transmitter by adding a receiver. The sleek, slim transmitter covered in pleasant silicone with accessible buttons is easy to hold and operate. A keypad safety lock on the remote prevents accidental misoperation, and the LED screen acts as a clear indicator of correction strength and battery level and shows you the selected dog and safety lock position. The collar is waterproof; it can be used in light rain but must not be submerged. The receiver of the collar has fast recharging and long endurance; the transmitter works on batteries included in the package.

Type of correction

The Reedog P19 offers 3 adjustable training modes to help with your dog's education - sound, vibration and electrostatic pulse. Vibration (1-16 levels), sound (1-8 levels) and pulse strength in 18 levels. Simply regulate the collar to tailor it specifically for your dog. You can increase or decrease the correction strength at any time using the buttons on the transmitter.

Batteries and charging

The Patpet P19 collar transmitter is powered by 1.5 V 2x AAA batteries and can last up to 60 days in standby mode, depending on the frequency and type of functions used. The receiver has a very low power consumption, it takes 2 -3 hours to fully recharge the collar, then it stays in standby mode for up to 40 days. The battery status is indicated by a light indicator.

Waterproofing

The Reedog P19 dog training collar is only waterproof with an IPX5 protection rating. It can only be used in light rain, however, prolonged stays in water and diving are not possible. This makes the collar an ideal choice for basic use, but not for dog training in water. The transmitter has the most basic water protection with IPX1 rating.

Number of dogs

The Reedog P19 can be used to control multiple dogs at once without loss of functionality. By adding additional collars, you can easily expand it to train up to 2 dogs at once. You can then use the button on the transmitter to switch between dogs.

Collar length

The Reedog P19 training collar has a very strong and high quality collar made of nylon. The collar is adjustable and comfortable for dogs with a neck size of 20 to 66 cm, which can be trimmed at will.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 6 cm wide, 15 cm high (including antenna), 2.5 cm deep and weighs 76 grams (including antenna and battery). The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 6 cm high, 3 cm deep and weighs 49 grams (including battery).
