1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. It may not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished.

The warranty period for the "new" or "unwrapped" condition is the same as for new goods, the warranty period for the "lightly used" condition is 12 months, the warranty period for the "heavily used" condition is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The remote control uses a 23A battery.

How the anti-bark booth works:

If the Bark Control Pro is placed near a neighbor's dog, or your own, it works by automatically triggering every time the dog barks. The box has an adjustable sensitivity that can be increased or decreased. The sensitivity is useful if you only need to silence the dog in a small area. All GoodLife products are designed to be safe and humane, and are designed only to stop excessive or nuisance barking. Ultrasound is not painful or harmful. 

What is ultrasound?

Ultrasonic sounds are frequencies that are higher than the range of human hearing. This makes them a safe and effective tool for dog training. However, the sound from the Dog Silencer does not pass through walls or around corners. If the dog is near an anti-bark booth it is possible to adjust the microphone sensitivity and pick up the howling or even whining of the dog.
