1) Unboxed

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

The warranty period for the “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

Choose the method that suits you best – manual control, automatic opening via the RFID sensor, or feeding only for “authorised” pets. Petoneer NutriCare Feeder easily adapts to your lifestyle and the needs of your animal companions. Feeding has never been easier!

• Manual mode: Tap “Open” in the app or press the device button to dispense.
• Sensor mode (ideal for households with one cat): The feeder opens automatically as soon as your pet approaches and closes again when it leaves. Thanks to the smart motion sensor, it records every approach and feeding time.
• Authorisation mode (ideal for households with multiple cats): This mode ensures only the right pet can access the food. Thanks to the RFID identifier, the feeder opens the lid only for authorised animals, preventing others from sneaking a taste. When an unauthorised pet approaches or the authorised pet leaves, the lid automatically closes after the set time (up to 10 identifiers can be paired).
