The device has only been unpacked, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.
2) As new*
The goods were used as a demo unit in-store, or were exchanged for a customer within a few days. They may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.
3) Lightly used*
The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.
4) Heavily used*
The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been through service/refurbishment.
* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used the same as new. For example, waterproofing and other features are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.
