Information about the condition of the goods

1) Opened

The device has only been opened, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) Like new*

The product was used as a demo unit in a shop, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

* We sell only 100% functional products that can be used the same as new. For example, water resistance and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
