1) Unboxed
The device has only been unboxed; the packaging may have been damaged and therefore repacked in non-original packaging. The product has never been used.
2) As new
The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging and may have a few light scuffs at most.
3) Lightly used
The device was used for 5–15 days and already has visible claw scratches.
4) Heavily used
The device was used for 15–40 days and has very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.
The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” goods the warranty is 12 months; for “heavily used” goods it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

Switch to manual mode at any time and the reader is deactivated. The door then works in the normal way, without microchip scanning.
