Information about the condition of the goods

1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.

2) As new*

The goods were used as a demo unit in a shop, or were exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15–40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have undergone servicing/refurbishment.

* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used just like new. For example, water resistance and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The Patpet 772 S anti-bark collar uses sound, vibration and an electrostatic pulse to correct barking. Bark sensitivity can be set in 7 levels, so you can decide what barking intensity exceeds your tolerance. Adjustable sensitivity makes it easy to adapt the collar for all dog sizes. Patpet 772 S allows you to switch off pulse correction and use only sound and vibration correction. Choose from correction options: sound only, sound + vibration, sound + electrostatic correction or sound + vibration + electrostatic pulse. Patpet 772 S is water-resistant, so you can use the collar even in light rainy weather without worry. However, the collar will not withstand immersion, so never use it in water! The collar has a very low weight of only 70 g and easy control via separate buttons for each function. You can check sensitivity settings and correction intensity on the device’s miniature display. The collar is rechargeable and, when fully charged, can operate for up to 14 days.

How Patpet 772 S works

If your dog exceeds the set barking intensity threshold, the sensor detects this noise level and the device activates correction functions according to your settings. We recommend setting sound as the first correction level. If the dog ignores the sound warning, vibration follows (the unit on the dog’s collar starts vibrating) and only then, if set, the pulse. It is best to start with the pulse correction set to the lowest level (1); later the dog will understand the link between barking and correction and will respond already to sound or vibration. You can also omit the pulse completely. Pulse correction is not suitable for the smallest dogs. For your peace of mind, the Patpet 772 S anti-bark collar also has a safety lock: if the collar triggers correction 7 times within 1 minute, the mode automatically switches to Standby. It remains in standby for one minute and then resets the set functions. The collar indicates the activated mode by flashing 7 times in a row. The included manual will help you with orientation; it contains recommended settings according to breed and dog size.

Bark detection

Patpet 772 S features adjustable bark sensitivity in 7 levels. If you set high bark sensitivity, the collar will correct the dog even for quiet barking. You decide what barking volume is too much. Thanks to bark sensitivity settings, the collar is compatible with most dog breeds and temperaments. Bark sensitivity also enables correction of howling.

Correction type

The Patpet 772 S anti-bark collar offers 3 types of correction with the option to combine them and set intensity in 7 levels. Setting options: sound only, sound + vibration, sound + electrostatic correction, or sound + vibration + electrostatic pulse. If needed, you can switch off sound correction. The sensitivity range and selectable corrections provide optimal settings for large, medium and small dogs.

Collar settings

Vibration or electrostatic pulse intensity is available in 7 adjustable levels. Patpet 772 S also features bark sensitivity detection and is therefore also suitable for correcting howling. From the 7 strength levels of vibration and pulse, you can easily choose the optimal one for your dog. The collar is suitable for small, medium and large dogs. All functions are controlled very easily by pressing the relevant buttons, and you will see your settings on the miniature display.

Battery and charging

The collar includes an integrated rechargeable battery with a capacity of 280 mAh. When fully charged, the device remains operational for up to 14 days.

Water resistance

Patpet 772 S is water-resistant and suitable for outdoor use even in light rain. However, the collar is not waterproof. It will not withstand immersion and should not be exposed to very heavy or prolonged rain. The ideal use of the anti-bark collar is at home, or in the garden only during occasional or normal rain.

Breed

The collar is suitable for all breeds and dog sizes. It provides comfort for small, medium and larger breeds, as it offers correction options for most dog temperaments. All adjustable functions such as detection sensitivity and the correction intensity scale provide enough correction modes for different types of dogs. Patpet 772 S provides a suitable option for various breeds and temperaments.

Collar length

The package also includes a sturdy nylon collar that is adjustable and comfortable. Wearing it will not be unpleasant for the dog. You can easily adjust the collar as needed. Adjustable strap for a neck circumference of 69 to 74 cm. The unit slides easily onto the collar, and the collar already has an optimal width for smooth threading of the unit.

Weight and dimensions

The anti-bark collar has small dimensions: 6.3 cm x 3.8 cm x 2.4 cm (width, height, depth) and an ergonomic shape. This makes it much easier for dogs to wear and helps them get used to the collar more easily. The low weight of only 70 g (unit + collar + battery) ensures comfort even for smaller dog breeds.
