1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used

The item has been used as a demonstration in a store or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging; at most, a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device has been used for 5-15 days; there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced and refurbished

The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods; for "lightly used" condition, the warranty period is 12 months; for "heavily used" condition, the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

With the Patpet TK16 training collar, you can train your dog at a distance of up to 500 meters. The range is sufficient for both basic and professional training of most dogs. Patpet is the ideal choice for use in the city as well as in the woods where conditions are worse and range may be reduced.

Battery and charging:

The transmitter and receiver are equipped with a rechargeable battery. The recharge rate is only 2 hours.

Number of dogs:

With the Patpet TK16 electronic training collar you can supervise up to 2 dogs at the same time. Simply purchase an additional receiver. Then you can easily switch between the dogs using the button on the transmitter.

Display:

The Patpet TK16 has a high-quality backlit LCD display with clear and easily accessible buttons. On the display, you have indicators for correction strength, battery status, and an indicator for the selected dog and lock position.

Waterproofing:

The receiver of the Patpet TK16 training collar is waterproof, meeting the IPX6 standard, which guarantees water resistance in light rain and walking. It is not suitable for swimming and heavy rain. The transmitter has no rain protection rating.

Collar length:

The adjustable nylon collar is comfortable for your dog to wear and suitable for medium and large dog breeds. Suitable for neck circumference 35 to 55 cm.
